und hat ihren Ursprung im Daito Ryu der ber\u00fchmten Samuraifamilie Takeda, oft wird diese auch als &#8222;Jiu Jitsu&#8220; bezeichnet was daran liegt dass man die Japanischen Zeichen auf verschiedene Arten ins lateinische Alphabet transkribieren kann &nbsp;.<\/p>\n<p>Kokodo Ju Jutsu lehrt daf\u00fcr Gelenkshebel, Fixierungen, W\u00fcrfe in Spiralbewegungen und ist auch spezialisiert auf Druckpunkte.<br \/>\nDiese Kampfkunst eignet sich daher f\u00fcr alle Personen unabh\u00e4ngig von Alter oder Fitnesslevel da sie in Partner\u00fcbungen der sogenannten Waza unterrichtet wird, die einem genauen Bewungsablauf folgt, der Sch\u00fcler kennt also genau Aktion und Reaktion in einer Technik und kann so seinem Fortschrittsgrad entsprechend die Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit anpassen.<br \/>\nDazwischen werden immer auch Varianten der Grundtechniken unterrichtet das sogenannte Henka, die dann auch zur Selbstverteidigung gut genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kokodo-jujutsu.at\/dojo\/wp-content\/gallery\/kokodo\/kjj01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kokodo-jujutsu.at\/dojo\/wp-content\/gallery\/kokodo\/kjj01.jpg\" alt=\"kjj01\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kokodo-jujutsu.at\/dojo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/FB_IMG_1777546800190.jpg\">&nbsp;
